User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fr; rv:1.9.1.2) Gecko/20090729 Firefox/3.5.2

I encounter this bug since one of the betas of Firefox 3 (perhaps 3.0b3). Yes, not 3.5 : this is a long time now, but I've didn't report it yet.

Sometimes, rather often, some of the bookmarks favicons, on a menu or on the personal toolbar, are changed and are replaced by the favicon of a website that I have recently visited. It can also be a website visited before a Cache+History+Others cleaning. The favicon remain and take the place of the appropriated one.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Just navigate.
Actual Results:
Some bookmarks favicons are randomly replaced by the ones from visited websites.

Expected Results:
No any favicon change.

It can't be an extension or something like that, because the bug occurs for some years now and I've change several times my extension&customization configuration.

I use a manually installed (tar.gz uncompressed from the Mozilla FTP) on Linux (Ubuntu, Gnome).

It happens also under Windows XP since about 2 and a half year !!! Most of the time, the replaced favicon is the first of the last folder of the personnal bookmark bar. But it can be also another place.
